Biodiesel Refinery Project

Bio-diesel is an alternative diesel fuel which is composed of the fatty acid alkyl esters made from plant oil or animal fat.  At present, most of the Bio-diesel is made from refined plant oil, methanol and an alkaline catalyst production. Yet most unfavorable edible, waste oil could be conversed to Bio-diesel. 

The whole process is closed-circuit circulation, all raw material comprehensive utilization, cleaner production. Roughly described as follows:
Raw material pretreatment (dehydration, deodorization, purification )-----the reaction kettle (methyl ester+ alcohol catalyst + 70℃) -----stirring reaction N hours----precipitation separation line of mixed alcohol----methyl distillation----recovery of alcohol----methyl ester distillation----finished product.
